100th anniversary of the canonisation of Saint Madeleine Sophie Barat

On Saturday May 24th, 2025, Sacred Heart communities worldwide celebrated the 100th anniversary of the canonisation of Saint Madeleine Sophie Barat. Sacred Heart schools in the Ireland, Scotland and Malta Network joined students in schools in Europe and worldwide, in celebrating this special day.
The Sacred Heart Schools Network was set up to facilitate schools in embedding the core values of Sacred Heart education that align with the faith vision of St Madeleine Sophie Barat and the current apostolic priorities of the Society of the Sacred Heart.
