Celebrating the Sacred Heart Origins of Coláiste Phobal Roscrea

Coláiste Phobal Roscrea recently marked a significant milestone as it celebrated its 25th anniversary. The event was a joyful occasion that celebrated the historic achievement of uniting three schools into one.
Among the distinguished guests was Aideen Kinlen RSCJ, who spoke about Sacred Heart ethos and how it is reflected in the current school. Sr Aideen noted the school’s pupil centred philosophy, the professionalism of the staff and a strong tradition of parental involvement. She praised the management, staff and students for upholding these values, commended the school for its many successes, and wished them continued good fortune in the years to come.
Also present were representatives of the Edmund Rice Trust and the Tipperary Education and Training Board
The celebration served not only as a tribute to the past but also as a hopeful glance toward the future, with pride in how far the school has come and confidence in what lies ahead.
